Full-time worker model
A full-time Teleworker will work remotely 100% of the time. The worker may have transitioned from a part time and/or multi-skilled worker scenario into full time or may have been hired originally as a full-time Teleworker.
Research demonstrates that in the right conditions full-time remote employees can be as or more productive than their traditional co-workers. However, full-time Teleworkers are at particular risk of feeling isolated from the rest of the team.
